Most guys don't care much one way or the other. Guys tend to be dense in a way. You are putting much more thought into this than most any guy does.Do guys care about a girls lips?
I think guys love girls lips!! Lipstick, gloss and color look nice at school and in public, but if you're anywhere near a sweet kiss, he doesn't want that **** all over him. Wipe if off and he'll appreciate not having to worry about that. There is permanent like color but it's so dry you will hate it!

Yeah, depends on the guy.
Just make sure you keep your lips in good condition and not disgusting-like.
Some guys like bigger, plumper lips, but they don't really care about taste or what's on them.
I like them plain, healthy, and natural.
