Caring for a new lip piercing?

ok, soo i just got my lip pierced n i gotta take a shower yo!!!..can I still take a shower n shizt?...ohh n how can I make a a solution like the sea salt water one if i dont have sea salt?Caring for a new lip piercing?

And if you don't have sea salt, you can use normal salt for now. Just get a shot glass or a small cup, put water in it, and put a decent amount of salt. Heat it in the mircowave until its hot, but not too hot to burn you! Then soak it.Tomorrow, Go to the store and buy sea salt eventually.





Also, if you have liquid non-scented dial soap, you can clean it with that with a q-tip.Caring for a new lip piercing?
yes you can take a shower lol....just don't get any shampoo or **** on it....





you need the sea salt or iodide free salt to wash your mouth out with...i know sea salt can get expensive





on the outside you should use a preservative free saline solution and a Q-tip....you can get the saline at CVS in a big white can...with CVS on it lol...it's really cheap..
yes you can still take a shower. just make sure to keep harsh soap away from the peircing and wash all tha soap off around the piercing..cuz if you don't, it'll become sticky and bacteria can stick it. i use a soap called satin for my piercing. it's more gental and fragance free since fragances can cause irritation. i got it from my piercer.





for a sea salt solution..if you don't have sea salt it's okay to use table salt..but i wouldn't use that forever. just until i could get some sea salt.
Go buy sea salt.





You can shower, just try not to hit it and make sure any soaps you get on it are thoroughly washed away.
