If people did not visit such articles millions of times or watch every episode of Total Access or Access Hollywood, or other such breeding grounds for misinformation, rumors, and violations of privacy, then there would be shame in such reporting. But the truth is, people love it. It comes down to the bottom line. It is making them money, so they're going to keep broadcasting any error celebs make.
