How do i care for heat blisters on my lip?

put vaseline on it or carmex..that really works dont let it dry upHow do i care for heat blisters on my lip?
ALMOST EVERY MINUTE, KEEP APPLYING VASELINE ON IT. avoid LEAVING IT DRY.
