They should of told you what to do but nevermind heres a copy of the sheet they gave me when i had mine done.

Healing time: 2 weeks

Wash three times a day with (a small pinch of sea salt and warm boiled water) Make sure your hands are clean before touching your piercing. Take a cotton bud, saturate it with the solution and clean the outer exit point, being gentle and firm to remove any crusty deposit. Rinse mouth three times a day with anti-bacterial mouth wash. Avoid alcholic drinks and hot temperture foods. Oral contact should be avoided as it can transfer germs. Keep the piercing dry as possible. Avoid irritants as make-up, moisturiser etc. Do not fiddle around with the piercing it might end up giving you a infection. Do not remove jewerly until it has completely healed. Hope i helped any more questions just ask!Lip piercing care?? plz and ty?
Don't touch it with dirty hands, and like don't play around with it.

Cleaning it 3-5 times a day with Sea Salt Sterile Piercing Aftercare spray (h2ocean works very well) or you can use boiled water mixed with sea salt.

And also use mouthwash after you eat, listerine is prefered.

It takes between 3 - 5 weeks but it also depends on your body and how well you take care of it. And until it fully heals,i don't suggest you taking it out or changing it.
clean it in the morins and night with salt water and a cotton bud

you need 8oz of boiled/filtered water and 1/4 of a teaspoon of salt, dont mess with it, and use mouthwash after every meal

have a look on www.mega-mods.com
dont change the piercing for 6 weeks... if you take out the rings, soak them in alcohol.... and when you're cleaning the holes use hydrogen peroxide.... also after you eat use antiseptic mouthwash so you dont get infections.
