im 13 and im going to be in high school


my parents won't let me do my eyebrows any my upper lip.


my parents only let me pluck the bottom part of my


eyebrow but not the whole thing so i dont have a good shape.





and my parents dont let me wax my upper lip too


it noticeable when you get up close and not really

Pluck it but DON'T EVER shave it because it grows back twice as thick and darker!!

DO NOT SHAVE ANYWHERE ON YOUR FACE! it will grow back like a dude! but if they wont let you wax try talking them into letting you bleach your upper lip!
Plucking is better. Once you start going to beauty parlour then it will never end. So delay it as much as you can. You can also pluck them making god shape but don't make it thin.





For upper lip you can bleach. Its fine.





And also never ever shave. It makes hair grow thicker and make skin dark.
shaping ur eyebrows or waxing ur upper lip is not bad and yes people do observe and comment on that.just try explaining that to ur parents.but after getting them done dont consider ur self as an adult. as a girl u should know ur boundries(regarding boyfriends).most of the times parents are afraid of that and dont let their girls do all this stuff
