Lip piercing after care?

Im 14 I finaly convienced my mother to get my lip pierced,Im getting snakebites,but what do I use to care fot it after wards?


Some people say to use a certain type of mouthwash that can esily be bought in a store,if so what kind.And iv been told to just mix sea salt and water.


Which of these do you most recomend?Any other way?Lip piercing after care?
I'd say salt water, mouthwash would probably irritate it.

Rinse your mouth with corsodyl, corsodyl is antibacterial


and clean the wounds with water and salt (use water that's been boiled because its sterile) and any salt will do. I used ordinary table salt for my piercings


then after a few weeks switch to witch hazel (I swear by the stuff)


clean the piercings and rinse 3 times a day, morning, noon and night


though you may want to rinse after you eat as well
i have the middle of my lip pierced and after i got it done i used saline (contact) solution to clean the outside with a q-tip


after i ate or smoked i washed it out with regular mouthwash


never had any problems with it and it healed perfectly :D
for the piercing to heal fast, the greatest is to but some NATURAL sea salt and mix it with water and do like ';mouth wash'; with it....also with the listerine and stuff....
