yes....its still there on top of everything. lol. lip gloss.....not so much.
heck no is on your lips so only if your lips are sensetive then you shouldnt use it
i guess, my lips are beautiful and luscious because i use carmex!!!
I personally think it does. I use burt bee's chapstick, and i love the way the way it makes my lips feel and look. You can get it at Target or sally's.
