Carmex and other vaseline type products also have alcohol which can become addicting because you need more to soften. I found this from personal experience and then Googled the phenomenon. It's true. Carmex, a great product can also become your lips worse enemy. I started using vitamin E capsules (for easy transportation). My lips are much softer. If they crack, then I use a little Neosporin and poof, the cracking is gone.
alot of people use carmex but this a a bad chapstick....it is made with tons of chemicals and actually dry out your lips!!!!


burts bees is a great alternative....it is all natural and comes it some many glosses chap sticks and glitter sticks and lots of flavors too.....its a little more expensive but its worth it!!!


another great one is vaseline.....my sis has very sensitive lips and they are always chapped....its is a clear looking gloss and comes in the lip gloss tube too so no one will kno!!!

I use Lip Apeel by Beauticontrol, it is wonderful. You just dab a little on your lips, let it set for a few minutes and then wipe off and apply the lip balm, it removes dead dry skin and leaves your lips feeling so soft..
